This is a cute place. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The kitchen however, is quite small and does not match the capacity of all the seats which plays into the wait time for food. We ordered a pre-made sandwich , avocado toast, a lemonade & a Matcha Marlowe. Sandwich was put in a bag & lemonade handed to us before we took a seat. Went back for my Matcha within 5 minutes but waited for 10 more minutes for my avocado toast. Lemonade: Tasted more like honey than lemons and was short of that lemonade taste. Matcha Marlowe: I wish I could say that this was yummy, it’s hard to get a gauge it in 3 sips. The 9 oz cup threw me for a loop for $7 since most of it was foam & ice, so it was hard to taste the matcha. :( Turkey Sandwich: The bread was pretty hard, amount of turkey & cheese was a good portion, however, was expecting a schmear of Dijon mustard but got a slather of it that it overpowered the whole sandwich (had to wipe off a lot just to finish). Avocado Toast: the thick slice of bread was delicious! Avocado to bread ratio though, very uneven. Lovely interior and good coffee!!! Only bar seating (pictured) in the main area but theres a beautiful patio area with plenty of seating + another indoor area with bigger tables. Also loved how strong their coffee is. I got the marlow (iced cortado + maple cream) which was $6. They also have baguette sandwiches and bread from jyan isaac. Reasonable price comparatively. Love!!!!

Cool spot! Coffee is great! Food is solid too! Love the space. It’s a lovely place to be, and enjoy. There is a small parking lot approx 8 spaces including handicapped. It is a bit tight in and out of the lot. But there is plenty of free street parking too. So it’s easy in and out! There is a lovely outdoor patio with great shade! There is also a few tables indoor with some plug-ins spaces. There is also a kid’s bench with some kid books! If we lived in the neighborhood, we would def hang here a lot! Seems like a nice place to work! The space is bigger than it appears from the outside.

First time coming here! The food and coffee were both great, and you can tell the quality is there. We ordered the breakfast sandwich, ham & cheese croissant, cinnamon bun, and banana pudding French toast — everything tasted really good. My only complaint was that the food was served warm/cold instead of hot. We ended up taking a few bites and bringing everything home to reheat so we could fully enjoy it. For spending around $60, it was a little disappointing not being able to enjoy the food fresh while dining there. Overall, I’d definitely come back because the flavors were great — just wish the temperature matched the quality of the food.

Quite a stranger to the area so a chance to be around was to be well-utilized. This cute cafe on the corner was brand new yet successfully hosted the crowd for the weekend. Plus point for having sizable outdoor patio and dedicated parking space. Long line reaching the entrance on Saturday afternoon with almost full house but the turnaround was pretty speedy so it wasn't hard to get seats. They did serve some sandwiches for nibbles and I saw they used Jyan Isaac bread! I only went for their drinks and despite knowing their house signature was the Marlowe, I was trying to be more adventurous going for the cold brew with the iconic maple cream top. The coffee nailed the expectation with bold flavor and smooth after taste. They seemed to use Stumptown beans if I got it correctly. The cream top was nicely not overly heavy despite I wished bit stronger maple flavor.
